Client Information
Babysitter’s duties
The sitter’s duties are strictly those of babysitting (involving anything related to the well-being and comfort of a baby or child during the parent’s absence).
She is required to confirm the booking with you prior to her arrival. This prevents any misunderstanding over time, date or location; it also enables the sitter to personally introduce herself to the parents.
The sitter will not leave her charge until the parents return. Out of courtesy it is good practice to let your sitter know if you will be back later than the time you originally booked.
You must always leave written instructions, including name and number of your GP, as much information about where you will be including phone number (even if it is the cinema) and the telephone number of a relative or close friend who lives nearby.
Please offer your babysitter tea, coffee or soft drinks. If your sitter starts before 7pm please provide a light meal.
Membership
The annual registration fee is £100.00 inclusive of VAT. This is for a maximum of twenty bookings. Daily childcare will be counted as two bookings.
We can also provide a one-off babysitting service. The Agency fee for this is £15.00 on top of the hourly charge for each time the service is used.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel the babysitter within 24 hours of the booking time, a mobile number is available for out of office hours or emergencies (07951091035) Once a babysitter has been allocated it will be classed as a booking.
